What is DEEP SOULS?

Deep Souls is an eight-week, cohort-based online course and community, which begins on January 5, 2023. Through a combination of self-paced video teaching, live weekly group coaching calls, and ongoing support from fellow spiritual travelers, participants will emerge with a clear understanding of the spiritual path they are pursuing, skills to joyfully embark on that path, and how to support a life-long spiritual journey that enriches the world.

In eight weeks, you can expect the following:

What’s included in the course & how does it work?

The course combines self-paced video teaching, live group coaching & discussion sessions, and a private, online community platform to connect with fellow participants. Live, 90-minute group sessions take place on Thursdays, starting Jan 5, 2023; a variety of times will be offered to accommodate schedules and time zones, and all sessions will be recorded and available online. Video content drops Friday morning and will run 50-70 minutes per week, broken into smaller segments. The online platform is available 24/7, and some surprise material will be available starting in mid-December! You will maintain access to the course materials and platform for as long as the internet is up and running.

The eight-week curriculum is divided into two parts, each with four modules:

  • Module 1: Understanding the Shapes and Textures of Your Story

  • Module 2: Spiritual Development - Loneliness, Belonging and Growth

  • Module 3: Choosing Your Path Among the Many

  • Module 4: Alloyed Connections - Discovering Your Spiritual Resources

• Part II: Outer Experience - Moving Freely Outside to Return Within

  • Module 5: Life of Practice - Marks of Progress

  • Module 6: Life Together - Communities, Networks, Systems, and Institutions

  • Module 7: Roadblocks - Overcoming Common Problems and Pitfalls

  • Module 8: Legacy - What You Will Leave Behind

How much does this cost?

The cost is $397 (US$). Installment plans are available through Paypal. Some participants have used their educational reimbursement benefit from their workplace towards the course.
